When will I get my purchase?

All items purchased directly from this website are delivered digitally to your email, usually instantly. If you don't receive your purchase within 2 hours you can do the following:


1. Check your spam folder.

2. Ensure you entered your email correctly when you purchased.

Why do I get a warning message when trying to download my item?

Some purchases (such as videos and audio) are too large for automatic virus scans. You can rest assured that they are completely safe for you to download.

Can I get a refund?

In general, we offer a minimum 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all products. Specific refund details are stated on each products description page.


If you are unsure of a products refund policy after looking at the description page, please contact us for clarification.


If you choose to get a refund on any product or service, you may lose access to it and all it's bonuses as soon as your refund is processed. You will still retain access to anything else in your members area not related to that purchase.


If you are requesting a refund due to technical difficulties, please contact us so we can sort it out for you. If you bought the product or service from anywhere other than this website, please contact the vendor who sold it to you.


Please allow 7 days from your refund request for us to process it. The time it will take for the money to go back to your card may take longer depending on your bank. That is out of our control.
