This is the privacy policy and earnings disclaimer for SF Initiatives OÜ and all its initiatives (hereby refered to as "our websites" or "we".) On this page, I (Sam Fury) will do my best to explain what information is collected about you from our websites and how it might be used. If you have any questions about anything on this page you can contact me via the contact page.
Please keep in mind that I’m not an expert on these things. I had to research the hell out of becoming GDPR compliant to put this document together, and it’s probably still missing some stuff. If you are a GDPR dude and notice an error, please let me know.

This policy only applies to websites within control of SF Initiatives OÜ. Other people might use information from our websites on their own website – that’s republished content and we can’t control it.
If you want to republish content from any of our websites, please contact us for permission.
Newsletter
When you sign up to one of our newsletters your email gets collected. You can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of every email, or by emailing me directly. Things such as if you open the email, click on a link in the email, unsubscribe, etc. are tracked. This means that we can see what actions you are taking. We rarely look at it, but we have the option. This information is stored in the database of our email client. It is not passed on to any other people or companies.
Emails we send include newsletters, website updates, promotional material, and administrative notices.
SF Initiatives OÜ uses Systeme.io to manage and send emails to subscribers. Systeme.io is a 3rd-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve the newsletter.

Other 3rd Party Services
Our websites may use google analytics, facebook pixel, and other third party operators to automatically track your actions. They may track technical data such as how you found the website, what pages you looked at, what links you click, and other actions you make when on the website. These 3rd-party trackers collect anonymous data. This means that we can’t see that is was you personally that did the action, but your action is counted along with everyone else’s. We use this anonymous data for marketing and analysis.
Our websites use security plugins which will log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, etc. This is to protect the website against spam, hackers, and other illegal activity.
Cookies
Our websites use cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your browser. They help to give you a better user experience. They may also be used by 3rd-party services, such as Google Analytics. You can turn cookies off or delete them if you want. Do this from your browser settings. Search the web for detailed instructions depending on the browser you are using. If you choose to disable or delete the cookies, some things on the website may not work as they should.
We also do marketing through 3rd-party companies, such as Google, Facebook, Tiktoc, etc. These companies use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our websites.

Sale of Our Products
The majority of income generated by our websites is via the sale of products and services created by us including (but not limited to) training manuals, courses, coaching, and apps.
Payments are processed by either Stripe, or Paypal, depending on availability and your preference. These companies are well-established and globally trusted payment processors. We never get access to your secure payment details.
Affiliate Marketing
This is selling other peoples products. When you buy something via a link on one of our websites chances are we will get a small cut. It does not make the product cost you any extra, in fact, sometimes you will get a discount.
In order for this to work, tracking links are used. You are not obligated to click on any link or purchase anything advertised. Also, we have no control over the actions of the companies selling the products. Products can change at their discretion, and the product availability, sales with the organization, and all transactions with the 3rd-party are not associated or conducted by us.
You should assume that every single link on our site is an affiliate link or compensation link (not every link is, but just assume it anyway).
Our website contains Amazon affiliate links.

Any stock in the information is at your own risk. We will not be liable, in any event, for any loss or damage including without limitation, whether indirect or consequential, or from the loss of data or profits due to or in connection with the use of our websites.
Through our websites you are able to link to other websites which are not under our control, and any links found on our websites do not necessarily suggest or entail a recommendation or endorsement of the opinions expressed within them.
We make every effort to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we do not take responsibility for, and are not to be held liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
Last But Not Least
Please do not submit sensitive personal information to our websites. We don’t want it and you shouldn’t do it anyway. I mean things like your social security number, information regarding race or religion, political opinions, health information, criminal background, etc. If you do submit it, it will be subject to this Privacy Policy. If you write it in a comment, by default it will be shown publicly!
We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If you believe that this has happened, please contact me immediately so we can remove such information from the records.
You have the right to access, amend, or update your personal information. You can also ask for your information to be completely erased from the website’s databases. If you want to do this, email us and we’ll get right onto it. Please note that certain information may need to be kept for record keeping purposes, to complete transactions, or when required by law.
We won’t sell, distribute, or reveal your email address or other personal information without your consent. There are two exceptions to this:
